We promote CO2 reduction by developing Eco conscious competent participants in our programs, business and life style.

GREEN CONSTRUCTION CAREER DEMOSTRATION PROJECT
NCWCC BAY Program and the NCWCC Build A helps underserved , ex-offenders, women of color, female military veterans and youth 13 to 28 to enter sustainable Green construction technology , careers , union-sponsored apprenticeships and retain , keep and advance in careers in the new green economy .
NCWCC Build A Youth Program is designed to create the blueprint for youth to prepare for careers in Green Construction Technology, Applied “STEM ‘’ Careers and Multi media Production Careers Women of Color are encouraged to apply.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The program build social and emotional learning infrastructures around youth while building sustainable careers in the construction industry. Participants in the program learn to implement concrete tools to develop effective communication techniques, career strategies, good money management styles, and self-marketing skills. They also explore the behaviors of highly effective leaders and identify their own gifts, talents, strengths, and weaknesses to begin to plan a future of living a life full of possibilities and purpose.

Academic excellence and Substantial Green Jobs Training has long been a hallmark of the NCWCC B-A-Y Program. Sign Each Page with Parent or Guardian if live at home or have a mentor. After you have submitted your payment . Good Luck
The program provides necessary materials to participants to enable them to participate in the activities. Each person completing the coursework and demonstrating job readiness receives a professional looking portfolio and a certificate of coarse completion. Supportive follow up services are provided to ensure participant success in school.
Qualified instructors are available to work with groups of no more than 30 participants. The specific curriculum of the Green Skills Training / Job Readiness Training, taught through videos, class discussion, interactive activities and music - digital media, includes, but is not limited to the following topics:

Juvenile Justice is to inform public policy about effective methods of preparing ex-offenders for stable employment, reducing their likelihood of committing additional crimes, and improving public safety

NCWCC BAY Program shares the vision of our partners to have societies that will educate youth into responsible citizens who will be dependable employees, responsible parents, trustworthy executives, role modeling educators, honorable politicians, compassionate entrepreneurs, and local community visionaries.
The objective of this program is to provide activities to nurture participants’ individual development and to empower them with practical life skills necessary for attaining, maintaining and supporting prosperity and self sufficiency in all areas.
TARGET GROUP:
This program targets youth between the ages 13-28 . Participants engage in a 6-week cycle of weekly workshops on specific topics. Six (6) modules consist of the Mental Toughness , Green Skills Training, Life Skills, Mentoring , On the Job Training , Curriculum and Community service projects.
FREQUENCY
Each 8-week cycle includes construction technology applied science and integrated information digital technology related 100 training hours and is conducted in quarters.
LOCATIONS:
Training are administered in mobile training project sites, at local high schools, community centers, churches,union facilitties throughout the state of Georgia ,Florida ,Illinois , as well as other requested venues.
