June 26, 2011 the BAY Network Program   were victims of vandalism and  theft, the   entire NCWCC Bay Network Digital  Integrated Information Technology program was crippled and brought to a halt after years of scuffling to gain  industry standard equipment.. We provided workforce development opportunity to  ages 18 to 28 years of age from  low income families , ex offenders and interns from mass communication  schools, who  gain OJT  experience to join the work force. Media is immediate  hands on work force development  that had endless results .

The BAY Network Program  hosted the USWCC Atlanta Women Led Economy Event at Georgia Tech in 2010 has captured the unique  stories, a documentary of the people of Haiti called  Transformation Haiti ,  Green Forest Training  site   and initiatives in  Green Construction  Technology building applications ,  Applied Science principles, and  are content manager on the Digital Media Channel.  The media program allowed  urban youth ages 18 to 28 unique access to  capture national current events that affected their community . They Capture and build on their input , involvement ,awareness ,  self development that has  created a healthy quality of life for them  . The outcomes can be measured because they video,edit and produce what they understand, the youth of today are digital learners allowing growth, sustainability and a GREEN 21st century approach that yield countless careers opportunities for this youth that are unemployed

On June 26, 2011 at 20:28 hours  the police was dispatched to Green Forest Baptist Church located at 3250 Rainbow Drive in reference to  a burglary call. The Classroom Trailer door had been forced open and the suspects took:

• Trailer ,Door , Frame, Stairs
